The Ernest foodtruck offers a mobile culinary experience with delicious burgers, sandwiches, chips and sweets, prepared with local and homemade products, producing 500 burgers in 4 hours.
Proud of its Lyonnais origins, it offers a range of gourmet products with its unmissable burgers, as well as fries and sweets that can be adapted to suit your tastes and needs.
The team uses fresh, local ingredients to prepare each dish with care.
Every day, Ernest strengthens its commitment to reducing its environmental footprint, promoting short distribution channels and recycling our waste. It attaches particular importance to the well-being of its employees and is actively committed to supporting future employees. Ernest is proud to have a number of choice partners who support its commitment and help to maintain this more responsible guideline. These include Alain Millat, based in Valence, Ninkasi beers, AGRIZ in Saint-Priest, Relais d'Or, O Tao Bom and Valrhona. What's more, all the meat, whether beef, pork or lamb, is 100% French, with Limousin and Charolais beef in particular.
The production capacity is 500 burgers in 4 hours, thanks to an experienced team ready to adapt to all types of events. What's more, Ernest can extend its catering space to include a 4.5m x 3m tent and counter to ensure a successful and comfortable service for all, depending on your needs.
