Our main mission is to welcome and inform our visitors from all over the world in the best possible way by providing them with our expertise of the destination and by responding to their needs in a personalized manner. At the ONLYLYON Pavilion, by telephone or by email, we advise visitors to Lyon, new arrivals, as well as the people of Lyon and the Greater Lyon area, helping them to discover the offer, the cultural life and events, and the rich heritage of the Metropolis of Lyon.
In addition to our visitors, we also provide information and advice professionals organising conventions and trade shows, tour operators, and the press.

Lyon City Experts team
The Lyon City Experts welcomes you and advise you while visiting Lyon. They help you to make the most of Lyon's tourist and cultural resources during your stay. They offer documentation, tourist products (Lyon City Card, guided tours, excursions...) that you can book on site or online. It has numerous reading materials, tourist products and a booking centre.
They welcome you at the ONLYLYON Pavilion, place Bellecour, 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm all year round except on 25/12 and 01/01, but also by telephone on +33(0)4 72 77 69 69.
