Gauls, Carthaginians, Thracians, Syrians, Greeks... Through the lives of six characters, the new exhibition at Lugdunum - Roman Museum and Theatres takes you to the heart of the multicultural dimension of the Roman Empire.

They came from the four corners of the Empire and all lived or stayed in Lugdunum.
Discover the major stages in the life of each person, from their homeland to their geographical and social background.
Through the life stories of each person, understand the diversity of social, political, religious and linguistic contexts within the Roman Empire and the way in which individuals managed to reconcile these different backgrounds.
