Hape makes pizzas and baked cheese ravioli with a focus on flavours, the origins of ingredients and the season. The dough is kneaded here. We favour locally sourced raw ingredients, which promote know-how.

There is no sodium nitrite in our bacon and pistachio saveloy. Our pork butcher makes cooked ham using beetroot extract.
80% of the ingredients are from organic agriculture.
100% of the electricity used in our establishment is from a company that produces renewable energy (wind, solar and hydraulic). Thank you ekWateur!
Our organic waste, from carrot peel, to left over pizzas and coffee grounds, is collected and turned into compost by the company ECOVALIM.
We serve Nordaq Fresh water, still and sparkling, in reusable glass bottles. It is freshly purified every day by micro-filtering, giving it a pure and unique taste. We also use it to make our pizza dough, coffees, teas and herbal teas.
Our bread is 100% home-made, from kneading to baking.
