Le Boeuf d'Argent is a family business that offers French-Italian bistro cuisine, fresh products following the rhythm of the seasons and homemade. The proposed adventure is at its peak with the food and wine pairing menu.
In the kitchen, a Maître Restaurateur sibling and members of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises: Chefs Arianna, Viviana and Antonio Pisacane, disciples of Escoffier and from prestigious establishments.
“They offer a bicultural culinary discovery that reveals their anchoring in the rules of art; Homemade cuisine following their inspirations according to the natural rhythm of the passing of time,” says Alban Perez, Arianna’s husband, with a background in serving at very fine restaurants.
Also, in the refined, elegant and intimate setting of this establishment located in old Lyon, taste buds are delighted with set menus only.
