In Lyon :
- Confluence shopping and leisure centre : the Confluence shopping and leisure centre reception team welcomes you from Monday to Saturday, from 9.30 am to 8.00 pm. Further information.
- Part-Dieu shopping centre: the reception team welcomes you from Monday to Saturday, from 9.30 am to 8 pm. Further information.
- Lyon-Perrache SNCF train station: the train station reception team is present 7 days a week. From Monday to Friday, from 5 am to midnight. On Saturday, from 5 am to midnight and on Sundays and public holidays, from 5.30 am to à 1 am (Hall level 1 opposite Relay newsagents). Further information.
- Lyon-Part-Dieu SNCF train station: the train station reception team is present 7 days a week, from 4.50 am to 0.45 pm. Further information.
- SOS Voyageurs at Part-Dieu Station welcomes you from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm (near "Porte des Alpes" exit).
- Saint-Paul SNCF train station: welcomes you on Monday from 11 am to 6 pm, from Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Saturday from 10 am to 1.30 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Further information.
- All in Lyon: 25 bis quai Romain-Rolland (Vieux-Lyon) welcomes you 5 days a week, from 10 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm. Further information.
- Fourvière Foundation welcomes you at place de Fourvière, in front of the basilica, from Monday to Friday from 10 am to noon and from 2 pm to 5 pm, from February to November.
- Cinema and Miniature Museum welcomes you 7 days a week, from 10 am to 6.30 pm and until 7 pm on weekends and during school holidays. Further information.
