SEASONAL MENU with Salad of Prawns, pan-fried and flambéed with pastis, Fillet of Gilthead Sea Bream with lemon butter and colourful vegetables and Raspberry and Vanilla Millefeuille with Rhubarb Compote. €22 Menu: Italian salad with grilled vegetables and raw ham, Duck strips pan-fried with Espelette peppers, Bourbon vanilla ice-cream and dark chocolate round with red berry coulis.
