To guarantee the intensity of flavours and nutritional value of the ingredients, they are used in as simple a manner as possible.
We therefore source our ingredients from farmers and winegrowers that are committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly methods.
Our goal is to share with you the passion they have for their produce in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
