“Good meat, good wine!” is the motto of L’Arbre Sec, THE restaurant for lovers of good meat. You’ll receive a warm welcome, surrounded by wood and cut stone, before tucking into tasty and filling red meats, local produce, and hand-crafted dishes.
Hence why the Chef Maxime Nercisse, along with his butchers, selects cuts of meat from the finest breeds. Each week, the restaurant offers meats such as Charolais, Salers, Limousin, and Aubrac, matured in its maturing cellar. It also offers exceptional meats such as Wagyu, raised and produced in Foissiat (Ain) by Kamakle.
French know-how is also at the heart of the establishment's beliefs: showcasing local producers and working exclusively with French products that are raised in the purest traditions of their terroir to guarantee exceptional meat quality.
The wine list has also been designed with this in mind, highlighting the beauty of the terroir and paying tribute to winemakers who work the vines with respect for nature and tradition.
