Locavore, or the art of eating emblematic local products

Last updated date : 22/06/2023

Right in the heart of Les Brotteaux, in Lyon's 6th arrondissement, come and discover a real Lyonnais bouchon, expertly run by the truculent Chef Julien Le Guillou, a member of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises.

The chef, a former disciple of the pope of French gastronomy, Paul Bocuse, has chosen to refocus on top-of-the-range bouchon cuisine, using only the finest produce.

Enjoy two dining rooms with an atmosphere dedicated to "bouchonomie" and well-being, and two terraces, one of which is in the inner courtyard, completely sheltered, planted and shaded, for special moments.
