The latest must-visit Bocuse Brasserie in Lyon, L'Ouest is designed with wood, metal, concrete, giant screens, open kitchen, and is reminiscent of far-off islands.

Chef Jean-Marie Le Rest brings us to the West Indies with cod fish cakes, gives us an oriental taste with prawn spring rolls, to Japan with salmon sashimi with wasabi mustard.
