The Sibilia House is one of the best deli in the city of Lyon. Dried hams and sausages, cooked sausages, andouillettes, pâtés and terrines, the Sibilia delicatessen is the taste and the quality above all.
Apart from the great quality of its products, the personality of Colette (aka Coco) also has a lot to do with it: her kindness and knowledge of the art of gastronomy have made her a true "Mère Lyonnaise" (Mother of Lyon).
At the helm since 2011, Bruno Bluntzer continues this tradition and passion for quality and taste that have made this brand famous.
Such qualities explain why so many "bouchons" in Lyon are still serving the pork products produced in the Monts du Lyonnais, Ardèche, Beaujolais, Bresse, Loire and Savoie areas as part of their menus. However, the region's pork products have also been enriched with many recipes and techniques from Germany, Switzerland and Italy.
With hams, dry sausages, cervelas, andouillettes, Lyonnais salad bowls, charcuterie pâtissières, pike quenelles, terrines, and pâtés, this brand has become a preferred supplier to restaurateurs, including the three-Michelin-starred Paul Bocuse.
Sibilia offers dishes cooked on-site daily and quality snacks to go at its four Lyon charcuteries.
