Dorner Frères

Rooted in a family deeply attached to cooking and respect for ingredients, Maxime and Gauthier founded Dorner Frères around a sincere, elegant pastry vision : one that is constantly evolving. The Maison offers an artisanal range that blends reimagined classics with contemporary creations, designed in harmony with the seasons.

To support its growth, Dorner Frères built its own production workshop in Rillieux-la-Pape, dedicated to the making of all its creations. This central hub brings together the Maison’s craftsmanship and ensures consistency, quality, and high standards at every stage, while leaving ample room for research, innovation, and creativity.

In September 2025, the Maison will open Café Dorner Frères on Place des Jacobins, in the very heart of Lyon’s Presqu’île. Conceived as a natural extension of the Dorner Frères universe, this new space will showcase specialty coffee, viennoiseries, and a gourmet offering designed to accompany every moment of the day.
