Ready to travel? The ocean in the heart of Lyon. From tiny damselfish to imposing sheatfish, delicate seahorses to mischievous clownfish, over 300 species, 3,000 fish and 39 ecosystems.
The Lyon Aquarium has been cultivating coral for over 15 years, with no fewer than 20 different species. Seahorses, clownfish, dogfish, sharks, rays... all species for which the Aquarium has set up conservation and reproduction programmes.
A partnership with Fishipedia allows to have the description of our fishes in several languages with a simple application.
All year round, take part in activities for everyone. Suitable for all the family, they will amaze young and old alike. Observe the life of fish by taking part in themed encounters and learn their secrets. Watch the animals being fed live! Take part in the new activities around the shark pit (commentary, feeding and diving).
Treat yourself to a sweet or savoury break before resuming your journey to the tropical seas or admiring the panoramic view over the confluence.
