In a setting designed around a truly open kitchen, there is no wall, no glass partition, no “pass” between the kitchen and the dining room. Saône invites guests to take their place at the heart of the action, to enjoy a French, Lyonnaise bistronomy without borders or blinders.
Saône aims to be more than just a restaurant: it’s a different way of hosting. With only 21 seats, no more, the dining room and the kitchen become one, and the kitchen flows directly into the room.

The atmosphere is simple, like a neo-bouchon, lively, like a bistronomic experience, and demanding in both taste and values.
The Menu… is a carte-menu: accessible yet serious, spontaneous yet controlled. It allows great freedom day to day with products sourced from all around Lyon, without ever hesitating to take bold leaps toward the South or across the nearby Italian border.
The Wines, like the cuisine, are alive, driven by a passion for discovery—no borders, no blinders. With 250 references, including rare cuvées, old vintages, from Savoie to the United States… and even Corsica.
