Maison Baud
Traditional cuisine
Last updated date : 07/06/2024
Chef Anthony Baud's shared, emotional cuisine can be enjoyed in a light-filled dining room where natural materials take pride of place. In fine weather, you can enjoy the calm and relaxed atmosphere on the terrace.
After eight successful years at his gastronomic restaurant La Quintessence in Lyon 1st arrondissement, Chef Anthony Baud has opened Maison Baud, offering contemporary cuisine where the produce is expressed in creative dishes dictated by seasonality.
Easily accessible by public transport and just 5 minutes‘ walk from the Hôtel de Ville and 15 minutes’ walk from the famous Place Bellecour, the establishment has a cosy, intimate cellar ideal for organising your seminars and private events. In this private area, you can sit comfortably at a large wooden table seating 14 guests or in a room seating 26.
