Celsius for precision down to the degree. That is the promise made by Lucas and Nicolas, the partners behind this speciality coffee roaster. Here, they bring out the best in the terroir, with a particular fondness for exceptional filter and espresso coffees.
After several years enjoying the delights of the capital, it was a revelation: the time had come for them to offer their own taste experience. Speciality coffee reminded them of the sensations that wine provides, so they decided to go down the coffee roasting route.
Today, you can find their hideaway in the heart of the Croix-Rousse hills in Lyon: it is both a roasting workshop, a tasting area and a shop.
Don't hesitate to ask them to explain and show you their craft. Nothing gives them more pleasure than immersing you in their world, from the meticulous process of selecting coffees to blind tastings and roasting to within a tenth of a degree. A little geeky, you might say? Certainly.

All year round on Monday between 1.30 pm and 6 pm. On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12.30 pm and between 1.30 pm and 6 pm.
