Seafood specialists since 1906, we are located in the Halles de Lyon-Paul Bocuse indoor food market. Pop in to discover their stalls of fresh fish and shellfish, and taste them, either sitting down in the restaurant or standing at the bar.

Founded by Antonin Bellegarde at Les Halles Cordeliers and then installed by his daughter when they moved to Les Halles Cours Lafayette in 1970, this oyster shack was bought by Eric Giraud in 1990 and is still located at Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse.

Every day, this establishment offers a fish of the day, or you can choose a dish from the menu, all in a friendly atmosphere.

Seafood platters are featured year-round, and you can compose your platter based on the daily catch, the season, or the varieties of oysters, shellfish, and crustaceans available.

Alternatively, take a look at the menu of prepared dishes, which contains something for every gourmet, featuring seafood: squid à la plancha, salmon, seasonal fish cooked whole, and even some dishes from the land featuring Burgundy snails. A homemade apple pie is baked daily.
