L’Atelier is the training bakery and pastry shop at Institut Lyfe.
At L’Atelier, from bread to pastries, sandwiches to desserts, everything is carefully made in-house every day.
For lunch, indulge in a wide selection of light meals (sandwiches, pizzas, quiches, salads, savory creations...) and create your perfect meal.
Among the house specialties, the flans pâtissiers stand out as signature items: with their creamy, generously vanilla-flavored filling and their perfectly baked, crispy crust, they showcase all the technical expertise taught at the school.
