Located in the heart of the Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées region, surrounded by vineyards, Maison Laetitia is a fully renovated 19th-century residence. This family-run property comprises two separate houses that can accommodate up to 26 people. It is ideal for holidays with family or friends, or for corporate events, whatever the season.

The house features beautiful living spaces, comfortable bedrooms, and a wellness area with an indoor spa. Outside, it offers an enclosed garden, a heated and secure swimming pool, and areas set aside for dining, all within a preserved natural environment. Particularly suited to stays with children, Maison Laetitia provides dedicated facilities and numerous play areas. A fully equipped meeting room also allows for the organisation of seminars in a calm and inspiring setting.

Its prime location offers easy access to the region’s attractions: the villages of the Pierres Dorées, the Beaujolais vineyards, hiking trails, local cuisine and major tourist sites, whilst remaining close to Villefranche-sur-Saône and Lyon.

Accommodation details:
The large house can accommodate up to 15 people and features several double bedrooms with king-size or queen-size beds, as well as bedrooms with bunk beds, some of which can be supplemented with a pull-out bed. It has several bathrooms and separate toilets, two fully equipped kitchens and two living rooms, one of which has a fireplace. The layout allows both adults and children to move about freely. A dining room adjoining the large kitchen can seat up to ten guests, whilst an Art Deco-style veranda provides a popular spot for quiet moments, reading or mid-season afternoon tea. An indoor games room with a table tennis table and table football, as well as a utility room, complete the house’s amenities.
The second house, fully renovated in a country-chic style, can accommodate up to 11 people, including a cot. It features a cosy living room, a large kitchen complemented by
a utility room equipped with two dishwashers, and a spacious dining room that can seat up to twenty people. It comprises two double bedrooms, one of which has a cot, a
dormitory with single beds, and several separate shower rooms and toilets, ensuring a comfortable stay even for groups. Outside, the enclosed garden offers a safe and pleasant setting with a heated swimming pool, areas set aside for dining and relaxation, garden furniture, a plancha and a charcoal barbecue. Children have access to a range of play equipment and areas, such as a swing, a playhouse and various outdoor games. Equipment for very young children is also available on request, allowing families to travel with greater peace of mind.

Finally, Maison Laetitia offers additional services to help organise your stay. Upon request, guests can have their shopping collected and put away before arrival, or enjoy in-house services such as a chef, wellness treatments, hairdressing services or wine- tasting events featuring local wines. A fully equipped meeting room also allows for seminars or business meetings to be held in a calm, inspiring and leafy setting.

Bridges 2025:

4-night minimum stays for the long weekends of May 1st, May 8th, Ascension Day, November 11th and Christmas.

3-night minimum stays for the long weekends of Easter, Pentecost and July 14.

7-night minimum stay for the week of August 15th.

Prices include bed linen, towels and cleaning, but exclude tourist tax.

It is possible to rent the houses without access to the Well-Being area.
