La Maison Laetitia is a fully renovated 19th-century house with tasteful décor, set amid vineyards and comprising one large and one small house.

Come and open its doors for your family events, with self-catering options available in both summer and winter, as each season brings its own pleasures! The environment is very healthy: you are guaranteed to disconnect, relax, and feel good in our beautiful region, which is well worth discovering. The two houses are independent, making them ideal for intergenerational families!

The large Laetitia (15 people) has 3 double bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed, 3 bedrooms with bunk beds (with the option of a pull-out bed), 5 bathrooms, and 6 separate toilets. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 living rooms—one with a fireplace—which parents and children can share! A dining room adjoining the large kitchen can seat 10 people. A magnificent Art Deco veranda adjoins the kitchen, ideal for afternoon tea or reading in mid-season. An indoor games room with table tennis and table football, a spa (jacuzzi and sauna), and a laundry room complete the comfort of the house. And finally, in the garden, enjoy a large heated and secure swimming pool, a swing, a tree house, outdoor games, furniture for dining or relaxing, a plancha grill, and a charcoal barbecue.

La Petite Laetitia, designed for 11 people (sleeps 10 adults and 1 baby), has been completely renovated in a chic country style and includes a living room, a large kitchen and a utility room with 2 dishwashers, a large dining room (seats 20), two double bedrooms (160 cm), one with a crib, and a dormitory with six single beds, four shower rooms, and four separate toilets.

A crib, 1 travel cot, a high chair, a bouncer, a bed guard, a changing table, and baby bath accessories are available on request. (The baby cot can be added to either house as long as the number of guests does not exceed the maximum capacity of the house they are staying in.)

We are surrounded by vineyards and villages known as “pierre dorée” (golden stone), 2.5 miles from Villefranche-sur-Saône, 16 miles from Beaujeu, and 23 miles from central Lyon. The region is mainly known for its vineyards, but it is also home to a multitude of treasures waiting to be discovered: typical Pierres Dorées villages, the 10 Beaujolais Crus, hiking, tourist activities (Hameau de Georges Duboeuf, Touroparc, Roche de Solutré, Fossilea museum, etc.), gastronomy, theater and music festivals in the summer, and more.

We can collect your groceries (drive-through) and put them away before your arrival (on request), or suggest our best addresses for a private chef, a massage or hairdressing session at home, a wine expert for a family wine tasting session, and much more... don't hesitate to ask for the Maison Laetitia partner catalog!

Bridges 2025:

4-night minimum stays for the long weekends of May 1st, May 8th, Ascension Day, November 11th and Christmas.

3-night minimum stays for the long weekends of Easter, Pentecost and July 14.

7-night minimum stay for the week of August 15th.

Prices include bed linen, towels and cleaning, but exclude tourist tax.

It is possible to rent the houses without access to the Well-Being area.
