Circa is one of Australia’s most iconic companies, offering an innovative take on contemporary circus. Mastering the art of aerial work to the highest standard, it presents performances that place the body at the heart of the creative process. For its first appearance at the Maison de la danse, a troupe of ten acrobats takes to the stage to present *Wolf*, a piece comprising two contrasting and minimalist scenes. Set to electronic music by Ori Lichtik (an artistic collaborator of choreographer Sharon Eyal), the bodies flit, leap, clash, overlap, come together or soar in a breathtaking show that is at once physical, athletic and choreographic. Blending frenzy and sensuality, Wolf exudes a breathtaking, animalistic energy!
