All the connections between music and nature

Email Site web
Chapelle Sauvage returns to explore the connections between music and nature in the face of the ecological emergency and planetary upheaval. In the 17th century, whether in the works of Shakespeare, Pascal, Monteverdi, or Caravaggio, the Baroque found its inspiration in the vertiginous gap between two contradictory truths: the sovereignty of nature and the madness of the world. This vertigo continues to inspire in the 21st century, where artists and musicians attempt to reconcile our disordered moods and harmonize chaos. By dancing in the footsteps of Gurdjieff or Orpheus, by listening to the human condition as an incorrigible Mad World, and by speaking to children.
