Reflets du cinéma ibérique et latino-américain

Based on collective work by a group of passionate individuals, the 2022 edition will bring captivating landscapes from the Altiplano plateau of Bolivia, the edges of Tierra del Fuego, the Atacama Desert, the borders of the Amazon rainforest, the shores of Lake Titicaca, the heart of a bucolic Portuguese village and early-twentieth-century Barcelona.

Meet the dozen directors, producers and scriptwriters of the selected films (some from as far away as Chile or Uruguay), and share stories and the pleasure of the cinema experience.

Music holds a special place here, with five Minutos Picantes concerts, held before the evening film screenings, which reveal the richness and variety of genres presented.

Focus Espagne, a special event dedicated to Spain, will include feature-length films that have recently won Goya Awards, new works by film-makers and restored classic films.

Over the course of 14 days, the festival will be presenting no less than 46 films from the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America.
