CathAm Silk

CathAm is a family-owned fashion house based in Lyon that specializes in designing highly original fashion accessories made from traditional silk and raw silk.
The printed patterns and design prototypes, from the initial sketches to the final patterns, are conceived and produced by the two founding designers, Catherine and Jacques, in their workshop in Lyon. They are exclusive to the brand.

What is unique about CathAm? The answer is silk scarves that create a wide variety of looks.

On the one hand, the raw silk creations that combine the originality of their design with their ease of use. The scarves feature ingenious systems that allow you to transform your scarf into a little jacket, a collar, a wrap, a belt, and more…
On the other hand, with its new 2026 collection, traditional silk squares and rectangles made in France are transformed into wearable works of art, for your greatest pleasure!
You can’t go wrong! Whether you’re going for a chic or casual look, it’s accessible to everyone, and you can tailor your outfit to your mood or the occasion (casual chic for everyday wear, weddings, formal events…).

Not a fan of silk? CathAm also offers styles in tweed or denim, as well as a selection of shawls made from the finest quality wool and silk.

By appointment, the team can present the design process, that is, the various stages involved in creating CathAm styles, from the initial sketches to the final product.

CathAm silk scarves are environmentally friendly because the production chain is centred in the Lyon region.
