Welcome to Lyon's first patisserie specialised in madeleines. This timeless little French cake is revisited in many creative ways by Antoine Dubois, a young graduate of the internationally renowned school of culinary and pastry arts École Ducasse.
The Miss Madeleine patisserie is a proud holder of the 'Fabriqué à Lyon' (made in Lyon) quality label.
There are many flavours to choose from, including chocolate, pistachio, lemon and salted-butter caramel, with its gooey centre, in individual portions or to share. They are sold individually and in boxes of 3, 9 or 16, which are perfect for a delicious gift.
The cakes are made, cooked and wrapped in the shop every day. They are preservative-free and made with regional, natural ingredients.
In a constant pursuit of quality, Miss Madeleine takes great care with its sourcing. Its pastries are made with fresh AOP Bresse butter, milk from the natural region Val de Saône, and Valrhona chocolate.
