Established in the South-West of France for 3 generations, Godard-Chambon & Marrel is a family-run canning factory specialising in foie gras and truffles.
Specialising in foie gras and truffles, this family-run business has developed exceptional expertise, using rigorously selected fresh raw materials from farms close to the region, with perfect traceability. Maison Godard guarantees its customers quality products worthy of the finest French restaurants.
Awarded the IGP (Protected Geographical Identification) label in 1999, Maison Godard - Chambon & Marrel has chosen an exclusive "Sud-Ouest" and "Périgord" origin for all its duck foies gras and "Périgord" for its goose foies gras.
Present every year at the Concours Général at the Salon de l'Agriculture, it has won 79 awards since 1993. The quality of its foies gras is recognised, with no colouring or preservatives.
Godard - Chambon & Marrel is also one of the country's leading producers and traders of truffles.

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
