Based in Lyon, the pastry opened in 1977 headed by Henri Bouillet. Quality and tradition are the key words of the house. In 2000, Sébastien joins the family adventure and takes over.
Their names? Odéon, Tendance, St Ho!, Caramel Vanille, Louvre or Saint-Domingue… And what do they have in common? All are sweet, smooth, fresh-tasting and light.
