To place the butcher in the heart of the space. The aim is to make everything visible, from the workshop to the cold room. At a time when food transparency is more important than ever, their approach almost makes buying your meat trendy. 

It is no surprise that this shop won the public award in the Lyon Shop Design 2019 competition.
