Les Muses de l’Opéra: a glass on the rooftop of one of Lyon’s iconic monuments
How would you like to ascend to the roof of one of Lyon’s most well-known buildings? Now you can, with this superb rooftop on the 7th floor of the Lyon Opera House. This magnificent panoramic bar offers a unique view over Lyon, Fourvière Hill and the Hôtel de Ville (City Hall). Perfect for afterwork drinks, Les Muses de l'Opéra is open from Wednesday to Friday from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Saturday from 2 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Mob Hôtel: a rooftop with a view over the River Saône
On the banks of the Saône, the Mob Hôtel has a very pleasant rooftop that opens every day at 4 pm. The idea is simple: order your drink at the hotel bar and head up to the rooftop to enjoy the quiet, laid-back vibe. The atmosphere gets lively from time to time with the many rooftop parties held here. On the programme: pop-up bar, DJ and various entertainment.
Le Sucre: Lyon’s liveliest rooftop
Indisputably one of Lyon’s most sought-after addresses, the rooftop of Le Sucre offers an almost 360° panoramic view. The highest point of the Confluence district, Le Sucre is a venue for various club events and its mojitos are among the finest to be found in Lyon!
Open on Tuesdays from 6pm to 1am, on Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm to 5am, and on Sundays from 6pm to midnight – sounds like a great night out!
La Maison Nô: a rooftop that looks out over Lyon
In the heart of the Presqu’île district, the rooftop of La Maison Nô boasts a stunning panoramic view over the city of Lyon. From Fourvière Basilica to the high-rises of the Part-Dieu district, the Opera House’s red-lit dome and the bell towers of the Hôtel de Ville (City Hall), you will find no other view quite like this in Lyon. On the menu are numerous cocktails, as well as straightforward and generous contemporary food.
The rooftop is open from 4 pm to 1 am from Tuesday to Saturday, and from 5 pm to midnight on Sunday and Monday.
L'Officine: Lyon’s cosy rooftop bar
This spot is sure to become your favourite place for a chic evening with a jazzy vibe against the backdrop of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 6:30 pm to midnight and until 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays, enjoy a relaxing moment with friends or a romantic evening with your partner while sipping on a selection of delightful cocktails with or without tapas. In summer, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace with its views of the Hôtel-Dieu. If you'd like to continue with dinner, simply head to the restaurant!

Collège Hôtel: the hidden rooftop in Vieux-Lyon
The Collège Hôtel is an astonishing place. Nestled in a magnificent 1930s building, this hotel transports guests into a “back-to-school” atmosphere, where inkwells, old desks and chalkboards mingle with a more contemporary, designer decor. In fine weather, enjoy the rooftop terrace from Wednesday to Sunday, 4pm to 9.30pm, even if you're not staying at the hotel. The menu features signature cocktails, local beers, natural sodas and a fine selection of wines, accompanied by tapas.
