Gourmet Bar Confluence is a restaurant and bar in Lyon, welcoming both hotel guests and locals throughout the day. The menu features seasonal cuisine made with fresh ingredients, combining contemporary dishes with more traditional favourites, as well as tapas and sharing plates.

When the weather allows, enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks on our 180 m² panoramic terrace overlooking the Saône River. The bar is open throughout the day and offers a selection of cocktails, wines and other drinks.

Gourmet Bar Confluence is also a lively destination for afterwork drinks in Lyon. Throughout the season, the terrace hosts special events, including DJ sets and musical evenings. The terrace and restaurant can also be privately hired for corporate events, cocktails, dinners and private celebrations.
