Under the arches of Grand Hôtel-Dieu, the Brochier Soieries 1890 boutique is the Brochier family’s historical flagship store: a successful marriage of a deep love for handicrafts and a strong artistic sensibility.

The store presents a collection of framed artist’s scarves in the gallery space, a “couture” collection inspired by the Bianchini-Férier archives, and a collection of unique, intricate velvet items, woven on a Jacquard loom, and hand-painted in our Lyon workshops.

Plate-printing workshops are also organised (reservation required) where clients can print their own scarves.

L’atelier propose également des initiations au peint-main sur soie et à l’impression au cadre à la lyonnaise pour tous les curieux ou passionnés de la soie. Réservations sur https://www.brochiersoieries.com/latelier/
