Step inside, where designer Carolina Sathler welcomes you to her boutique-workshop, a cosy space dedicated to copper enamelling. From jewellery with deep, shimmering hues to unique decorative pieces, each creation is an invitation to embark on a journey.
Just a stone’s throw from the iconic Place des Terreaux, the Emaillemoi boutique celebrates a centuries-old craft: copper enamelling. For over 15 years, under the expert hands of Carolina Sathler, glass powder has been fused at temperatures exceeding 800°C to create unique pieces with colours that will never fade. More than just a shop, this bright space is a true hub for artistic craftsmanship.
The boutique cultivates exclusivity by hosting Sandrine Verrecchia, the designer behind the brand l’Atelier des S—a jewellery line proudly labelled ‘Made in Lyon’—as a permanent resident.
Keen to showcase craftsmanship in all its diversity, Carolina also opens her doors to guest designers throughout the year. Illustrations, fine leather goods and delicate ceramics sit side by side, offering a constantly evolving selection. A vibrant and inspiring space, ideal for giving—or treating yourself to—the very best of local artistic craftsmanship.
