Contemplative virtual reality experiences
Take a walk alongside dinosaurs, explore the corridors of the Great Pyramid of Khufu, or wander through the winding streets of the medieval city of Carcassonne (in the South of France) as it was in 1304. This journey through time is made possible by virtual reality and five 45-minute experiences developed by Eclipso and located in the Confluence leisure and shopping centre. Active virtual reality experiences
Beyond mere observation, other virtual reality experiences enable you to become an active participant using game controllers. At Virtual Room in the centre of Lyon, you can help scientists find an antidote to zombies, face off against an artificial intelligence terminal or fight alongside Asterix, the famous French comic book character, against the Romans. Five experiences are available in French, English and Dutch (some others are also available in different languages). To complete these missions, you'll need to think quickly, act fast, and work as a team. Laughter guaranteed!
