Gourmet Bar Confluence is a restaurant in Lyon with a terrace overlooking the Saône River, serving seasonal cuisine, signature cocktails and sharing tapas from lunch through the evening.
In fine weather, its 180 m² terrace overlooking the Saône becomes one of the must-visit spots in the Confluence district. It’s the perfect place to meet up for lunch, dinner, an aperitif or simply to enjoy a cocktail prepared by the bar staff at the Gourmet Bar Confluence.
Throughout the year, the Gourmet Bar brings its evenings to life with after-work gatherings, DJ sets and musical events in a friendly atmosphere, ideal for winding down the day with colleagues or friends.
Would you like to organise an event? The terrace, the restaurant or dedicated spaces can be hired exclusively to host your cocktail parties, birthdays, corporate events or private parties in a setting that is unique to Lyon.
Committed to sustainability, the Gourmet Bar Confluence has held the Clef Verte certification since 2024. This accolade recognises its efforts to reduce waste, combat food waste, eliminate single-use plastics and use local and seasonal produce.
