Gourmet walks
It's a well-known fact that walking gives you an appetite! So why not combine a self-guided walk with local food and drink? That’s the idea behind Gourmet Walks.
Armed with a route guide, set off to explore the Pays de l'Arbresle, taking your chosen route out of six possible walks. Depending on the route you take, you can pick up your picnic from a partner artisan or it will be delivered directly to you at the picnic spot. A fantastic experience!
How does it work?
The one-day package, at €10 per person, includes:
- The route guide for the chosen walk
- The picnic made up of local products

Electric Sundays
Do you like the idea of exploring new trails on an electric mountain bike? Two Sundays a month from June to October, you can go on a bike ride in a small group accompanied by a guide and instructor to see remarkable natural and historical sites (including the Glay quarries, the site of Fouillet chapel and Mont Arjoux).
You can choose a half-day or full-day trip with a suitable level of difficulty. Food lovers will be pleased to know that there is a picnic with local products during the lunch break! A great chance to get some fresh air and exercise.
How does it work?
A choice of two packages :
- €25 for a 1/2-day trip, including electric mountain bike hire, the professional guide and instructor.
- €50 for a full-day trip, including electric mountain bike hire, the professional guide and instructor and the picnic with local products (€40 if you bring your own electric mountain bike).

Les Gnolus, Geocaching in the Monts du Lyonnais
Explore the Monts du Lyonnais through a fun and free geocaching experience. Crazy creatures called Gnolus have invaded the area. It’s up to you, kids and grown-ups alike, to capture them with your smartphones!
This treasure hunt, great as a family or with friends, will take you to unexpected corners of the Monts du Lyonnais, revealing the area’s rich heritage through a choice of 12 routes.
It is open to all; while children will be drawn in by the reactions of the Gnolus, adults will feel like real hunters!
