The cuisine of Lyon
Last updated date : 27/06/2024
Situated opposite Les Halles Paul Bocuse and close to Part-Dieu station, this modern yet retro "bouchon lyonnais" welcomes you to its large, cosy dining room, where the centrepiece is its pewter bar!
With his passion for Lyon cuisine and the Val d'Isère restaurant already an institution, Édouard Baudin decided to buy the restaurant 5 years ago. Since then, he has devoted all his time to it. The restaurant stands for simple values: authentic cuisine, with homemade dishes made from quality produce bought from Les Halles Paul Bocuse, all served in a warm atmosphere.
