Made with fresh, quality produce, the menu includes such Lyonnais specialities as pike quenelle au gratin, veal liver with parsley and a host of home-made charcuterie.

With his passion for Lyon cuisine and the Val d'Isère restaurant already an institution, Édouard Baudin decided to buy the restaurant 5 years ago. Since then, he has devoted all his time to it. The restaurant stands for simple values: authentic cuisine, with homemade dishes made from quality produce bought from Les Halles Paul Bocuse, all served in a warm atmosphere.
