Cuisine & Dépendances
Lyon, the capital of gastronomy for all
Last updated date : 06/05/2025
Fabrice Bonnot, a passionate and committed chef, invites you to his friendly restaurant to taste refined and accessible food.
Born in Roanne, his love of cooking is rooted in the values passed down by his parents: respect for produce, generosity, and naturalness. After training with the greatest chefs, such as Troisgros and Guy Savoy, he moved to Lyon and opened the restaurants Cuisine et Dépendances in 2004 and 2007. These establishments embody his vision: refined, elegant, and accessible cuisine.
Beyond his culinary talent, Fabrice Bonnot is profoundly human. At 50, he shares his experience with passion, promoting values of respect, solidarity, and sharing. This commitment is at the heart of his career, exemplified by his numerous community initiatives and his love of convivial moments.
Inspired by his family and a life dedicated to helping others, Fabrice Bonnot invites us to discover a cuisine that is creative, colorful, and filled with emotion, with a single ambition: to offer moments of happiness through his dishes.
