This traditional 'bouchon' restaurant of Lyon has been taken over by Olivier Canal and Franck Delhoum and mainly serves the great classics of the Lyon area! You can expect top-quality and hearty dishes.
Pâté en croûte, eggs meurette, Oreiller de la Belle Meunière, Lyonnais salad bowls, pike 'quenelle' with crayfish sauce, or even tête de veau (calf's head) with gribiche sauce... enjoy authentic Lyonnais bouchon cuisine. And since the Chef loves to pop the cork, he regularly updates his menu with market suggestions based on seasonal availability to offer you fresh and light dishes tailored to the season. Here, the products are rigorously selected and washed down with delicious "quilles" and "pots Lyonnais".
