Guy Lassausaie, awarded the 'Meilleur Ouvrier de France' (best craftsman of France) title and 1 star from the Michelin Guide, represents the fourth generation in the kitchens of this former coaching inn. He adds his own unique touch to the specialities of Lyon by drawing inspiration from his travels, in a contemporary and inviting atmosphere.

Route A: On the A46 motorway, from Geneva, Bourg en Bresse, Chambéry, Annecy, Grenoble, ring road east towards Villefranche sur Saône, Paris - Exit "Genay- Massieux" - Turn left onto D433, drive to Trévoux, Avenue Sadi Carnot until Neuville sur Saône, - At the first bridge, cross the Saône right back and taking on right CD51, Villevert dock, road to Villefranche, Avenue Jacques Brel to Saint Germain au Mont d'Or, - Take left CD16, avenue 2nd Spahis, avenue de la Paix, road to Chasselay towards Lozanne, L'Arbresle. Route B: On the A6 motorway towards Lyon Paris: - Exit at "Portes de Lyon, Limonest" - Take the N6 towards Villefranche sur Saône, - At the exit of Lissieu, turn right CD16, Montluzin road to Chasselay.
