Terre Adélice

For several years now, Terre Adélice has been offering a hundred flavors on Rue Saint-Jean, ranging from the classic (vanilla, strawberry, raspberry...) to the more unusual (smoked bacon, Roquefort...). All produced in Ardèche, with the vast majority of flavors organic. My tips (based on several years of tasting, I admit!): mint chocolate chip, yoghurt, chestnut, blood orange and hazelnut caramelized pieces!

La Fabrique Givrée

Near the Cathédrale Saint-Jean, La Fabrique Givrée breaks the mould of the traditional ice cream parlour. Formerly a pastry chef in luxury hotels, Jérémie teamed up with two friends to create a quirky, gourmet universe. His ice creams, produced in Ardèche with natural, seasonal ingredients, are genuine creations. One of his latest ideas? The Kif, an éclair-shaped frozen dessert that's easy to share and eat on the go!
