Passionate about fine local produce, chef Eric Jouanin enjoys creating simple dishes, where rigor and time are the key: half of the dishes offered remain on the menu year-round and demonstrate exemplary consistency. No classic is missing: pâté croûte, chicken liver cake, pike quenelle, cervelle de canut, calf's head with Gribiche sauce, Saint Marcellin cheese...
Le Bistrot de Lyon can also host small private and professional gatherings in the comfortable and discreet lounges on the first floor (50 m² in total), settings adapted to the number of guests and the nature of the event.
