Lyon’s bus stations
Greater Lyon has several bus stations. The main ones include:
- Lyon-Perrache bus station: just a few minutes from the eponymous train station, it features TER coaches, and both FlixBus and BlaBlaCar Bus long-distance buses.
Please note that the station is closed at night: overnight departures head off from under Kitchener-Marchand bridge. - Lyon Part-Dieu bus station: it’s located near the eponymous train station (train station exit: Villette). It features TER coaches.
- Lyon Airport bus station is a 2-minute walk from the terminals and TGV station, and is connected by FlixBus and BlaBlaCar Bus lines.
- Givors bus station, which is connected by the FlixBus network, allows you to arrive directly in the south of Lyon.
National or international bus lines connecting Lyon
Several companies allow you to travel to Lyon by bus from across France or Europe, including:

Local bus lines connecting Lyon
To travel by bus in the Rhône department, other than the TCL (i.e., Lyon public transport) network that connects 72 municipalities including 58 in Greater Lyon, you can take Les Cars du Rhône coaches. For further information: carsdurhone.fr
