By moonlight, a woman confesses to her lover: she is pregnant by another man. Young Schoenberg composed a post-Romantic score famous for its poetry and rapturous lyricism. Verklärte Nacht captured the heart of Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, who choreographed a "duet" for three performers — a love story bursting with passion in the pale glow of a transfigured night. But the night also has the power to blur the lines of reality

In Deepstaria Bienvenue by Mercedes Dassy, a post-apocalyptic creature signals the shift to another world, perhaps utopian, perhaps futuristic. Dassy peels back the layers of our polished surfaces to question the future and challenge our convictions.
