The Quais du Polar festival returns to the Institut Lumière, a long-standing partner, for a weekend celebrating crime fiction.
Six festival guests will present their favourite films.
- The recent film Case 137 (2025) will be screened, followed by a discussion with the film's director and screenwriter, Dominik Moll.
- Ukrainian writer Andreï Kourkov will present Maigret et l'affaire Saint-Fiacre (1959) by Jean Delannoy.
- French actress and novelist Alice Pol will present David Fincher's The Game (1997).
- French journalist Paul Gasnier will present Thomas Vinterberg's The Hunt (2012).
- British author R. J. Ellory will present 12 Angry Men (1957) by Sidney Lumet.
- South Korean author Kang Ji-young will present Park Chan-wook's Lady Vengeance (2005).
