Géraldine Venet Silk jewellery

Her passion began with an inheritance: a sewing box richly furnished with her grandmother's beautiful fabrics. Géraldine wanted to give new life to her treasures as a tribute to her grandmother, so she created her first piece of jewellery: a necklace of precious pearls. This jewel marked the beginning of a singular artistic concept, a founding inspiration, and Géraldine became a silk jewellery designer.

For her collections, Géraldine is interested in silk ties, including those from the most prestigious silk manufacturers in Lyon. So silk pearls, bohemian crystal and 925 silver trimmings come together! A delicate, elegant marriage for couture-style bracelets, earrings and necklaces.

She can also create custom jewellery to match your tie or silk square. These personalised, unique and timeless creations bear witness to intimate and delicate moments.

Each stage of her creative process is the fruit of in-depth reflection and precise gestures, necessary to obtain beautiful strips of silk. Then, cut, folded and rolled, the fabric becomes a cocoon again! Géraldine favours local raw materials. She makes all her creations by hand in her workshop in Sainte Consorce, just outside Lyon. The ‘Fabriqué à Lyon’ label and her Artisan en Métier d'art qualification recognise her unique expertise.
