A master chocolate maker among France's 10 leading chocolate makers, Richard Sève is a specialist, and some would say a magician, when it comes to chocolate and an expert in French-style confectionary techniques. Don't miss the authentic praline tarts.
Gaëlle was born in 1970 in Lyon. She was studying at Saint-Etienne's Art College when she met Richard SEVE. She went on to train in sales and wrapping techniques with a leading patisserie in Lyon.
In 2011 she enrolled at the EM LYON business school to prepare a Master's degree specialized in public administration and management in corporate strategy and development.
In 1991, they decide to buy a patisserie - chocolate shop together, a quality company established in 1905 and located in Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or near Lyon. This store had already proved its worth and know-how with original creations, such as Lyon's Véritable tarte aux pralines rouges*.

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm and between 2.30 pm and 7 pm. On Saturday between 9 am and 1.30 pm and between 2.30 pm and 7 pm. On Sunday between 8.30 am and 1 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, May 1st and December 25th.
