Gourmet haunts
Last updated date : 29/10/2025
Lyon's first pâté croûte shop, BRU revisits the pâté en croûte with a dose of audacity and a touch of tradition, straying from the beaten track. It offers surprising recipes, with carefully selected, responsible ingredients.
At 7 Rue Dubois, on the Presqu'île, BRU breaks the rules of traditional charcuterie. The place has been designed as a cross between a charcuterie and a coffee shop: warm, contemporary and refined. In a 90 m² space, including a 40 m² shop, BRU's original recipes are presented in an elegant setting, far from the clichés of the trade.
Bruno Poncet puts his heart and soul into what he does. Each recipe is carefully thought out, each pâté croûte tells a story. Passionate and demanding, his primary goal is to please, enhancing quality products with genuine expertise.
At BRU, there are no compromises, just the desire to do things well and share a taste for good food.
