Casa Jaguar is primarily a restaurant serving Mexican and South America specialities, interpreted by the excellent chef Jérémie Herchberg: ceviches of sea bream, octopus or duck, sautéed quinoa with seeds and spices, chicken mole with Mexican cocoa-flavoured sauce, mariscos soup, all washed down with cocktails and wines from the region.
