Last updated date : 03/06/2025
In a city which was once the capital of bookmaking in the 15th and 16th centuries, the museum offers a unique overview of the history of books and graphical techniques in a 1,750 m² exhibition area.
Please note that the museum closed its doors on 1 June 2025 to embark on a major transformation: making the Renaissance building accessible, enhancing its value and completely overhauling the museum's itinerary. Between now and its reopening in the spring of 2027, the museum will continue to pursue its mission, offering a rich programme of events outside its walls.
