ONLYLYON Tourism has launched a pioneering initiative that is one of a kind in Europe: ONLYLYON Experience, a destination CRM system, which is aimed at building an emotional, lasting and profitable relationship with local, national and international visitors.

The aim is to improve your experience in Lyon and offer you the best advice before, during and after your stay in our city!

ONLYLYON Experience is based on ONLYLYON Tourism’s customer databases, for which we provide customer knowledge and operational services, in the form of digital communication campaigns, in order to provide high-quality digital assistance for all visitors to the Lyon metropolitan area.
